Gratitude, thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive. Gratitude has been emphasized upon by not only the law of attraction and spiritual teachers, but also by all the great scientists, sages, saints, and philosophers of the past. If you 'Google' their quotes, you will definitely find at least one quote talking about gratitude and thankfulness.

Sometimes, people find it boring and monotonous to practice Gratitude, but that means that you are not loving your life and acknowledging all the goodness in it, and if you are lazy or bored to do that, you will end up living just a default, ordinary life. If you want to goodness in your life to multiply and magnify in all areas of life, go ahead and practice Gratitude. Initially, it may appear a bit monotonous and fruitless, but once you hold the grip of it, start seeing its benefits, and if you read in between the lines of the ebook, you will get it.

When you are GRATEFUL to the things you like, you are REINFORCING those things in your being, and you are looking at them in the RIGHT and POSITIVE way. You are making them NATURAL for you. The supply of those things will be ENDLESS to you always. If you are not seeing the little or big life-improving miracles like me, it is only because you are not practicing Gratitude.  Now, sometimes people take this too seriously, and try hard to conjure the feeling of gratefulness.

According to some studies done at the
University of California, Davis, practicing GRATITUDE
causes a 23% decrease in levels of CORTISOL, the stress hormone.
