This is a very interesting Mind Exercise that I first performed in this unique manner in the mid of 2023. I have written Affirmations several times in the past, however, not in this way.


Fill your White Board or Page with Affirmations.


The idea is to write just one Affirmation / Positive / Elevated statement of your own on your White Board / Paper.

Write only one. Daily. Preferably as your day begins - before you head out of your house.

As you write it in the beginning of the day, it will stay with you throughout the day. Rather, that's an opportunity for you to (mentally) practice that statement throughout the day.

I've written it in a colorful format as you can see in this image 😊 Get creative. No Affirmation is wrong, or far-fetched as long as you believe in it.
