This article was not written by me one day, because I was in a Bad Mood on that day 😂 Also, I am fully aware that it might startle, shock, or even hurt a few BK Shivani admirers / fans. Can't help it!

Also, the intention behind writing it is not to denigrate or disrespect any individual or organization. It only reveals the original source of 'Thoughts' & 'Vibrations', and also how the Teachings of Brahma Kumaris is flawed. Yes, it is a criticism.

Moreover, if you're indeed a BK Shivani fan, admirer, or follower, you should be following her, and not this website. Like I always suggest, avoid following multiple teachers, especially when their teachings are in different directions, because that will keep you in a dangling state.

When I started sharing spiritual stuff on my Facebook Page / YouTube videos, a few people started accusing me of having learned these things from Brahma Kumaris. They said that I was adding my Thoughts to their teachings, and sharing them. The thing is - essence of the spiritual knowledge is the same, wherever you go. If I've done that, well, so has your Brahma Kumari Shivani (BK Shivani).

Wait, I never said she's a bad person 😊 Sometimes, good people also don't acknowledge / reveal about where they've got their knowledge from. She came on television right / much after 'Ask and It Is Given' 'The Secret', or Louise Hay's books were published. Just read those books and then listen to what she teaches. It's exactly from those books - with 'Shiv Baba' added before each sentence.

😕 Just because you heard about Thoughts and Vibrations first from BK Shivani, it does not mean that she was the first person in the world who talked about it. Don't be a bird born in a cage. May be, she was the first 'popular' person who brought it to India in the Hindi language, but she wasn't the first person in the world.

📃 'Think and Grow Rich' is the book where the knowledge about Thoughts and Vibrations was originally mentioned. It was, later, mentioned in more clearer formats in books like 'Ask and It Is Given', but only Abraham-Hicks have acknowledged their Source. Those are the original sources of this knowledge about 'Thoughts', 'Vibrations', 'Energy', and Law of Attraction-related concepts.

Now, how much those books get manipulated until they reach India... is what I have no idea about 😂, but first things first - BK Shivani is NOT the original source of the knowledge about 'Thoughts & Vibrations' OR 'Thoughts Create Destiny', AND the teachings of Brahma Kumaris is COMPLETELY different. It's OKAY if Indians are giving her way too much credit for what she's teaching on Television, YouTube, or Instagram. Yes, every person who turns to spiritual realizations does so only after having one's own realizations and experiences, but the first problem is that it doesn't look like she'll ever reveal that. Now, I know that 'Gurus' never talk about their past, but BK Shivani is NOT a Guru.

The ONLY reason why I feel like talking about this is that (at a very high level) the original sources are being suppressed and not ackowledged as much as they deserve. That's what this world is about. Unfairness.

Just add "God has said this..." to the beginning of every sentence, and the emotional, unemployed, money-deprived, uneducated people of our country would never question it, would they?

This is not an 'EXPOSED' or 'DARK SIDE OF' write-up. See, every person in this world is doing everything either for Happiness, or for Money, or for Fame, or to gather followers for this birth, or, in this case, for future birth(s). Nobody does anything "for others". And there's nothing wrong with that. But in this write-up, which (I repeat) is not for BK Shivani's or Brahma Kumaris' blind followers or admirers, I'm going to state a few things that will help you realize that Spirituality is way way deeper than what is taught at / by Brahma Kumaris.

WE WON'T GET PERSONAL
We will NOT talk about anybody's personal details (like how people say that BK Shivani's husband was into edu-tainment) or about her past (like how people say her entry into the TV Show was strategically planned), because we don't want to stoop down to that level (and that would look like jealousy). Also, we can never know the accurate details. We will only talk about the non-sense teachings that they teach at their organization, and how what BK Shivani speaks is aberrant from their actual teachings.

HOW IT GENERALLY STARTS
When you are going through innumerable problems in your life, you, naturally, tend to look for solutions. You look for the most satisfying solutions. And then, when you find someone who validates that and endorses your thinking that your life's problems are valid, because the world has reached a dark place (ghor kalyug), you feel powerfully magnetized towards such people, because that is the point in your life when you NEED SOMEONE TO ACCEPT YOU WITH YOUR PROBLEMS.

💡 If you come to my for a Coaching Session, and at the doorstep itself if I start appreciating your footwear, your outfit, your hair, or your skin, your total approach towards that session would change. That is actually a Mind Trick.

The first Key Selling Point at Brahma Kumaris is that the moment you step foot at their doors, they say, "If you've come here, it means that you are one of those 9 Lakh / 33 Crore Deities who have descended and degraded." That instantly switches your 'Low' Self-esteem to 'Medium-High' and you suddenly start feeling GREAT about your existence in this world. You FEEL LIKE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THIS WORLD, which is what every single person wants, especially when going through tonnes of problems. The Inferiority Complex turns very soon to Superiority Complex though.

MY 4 BIGGEST PROBLEMS WITH BRAHMA KUMARIS
• I will come to BK Shivani soon, but overall, the biggest problems that I see with Brahma Kumaris is that their teachings are, essentially, best practices picked up from all the religions, cults, and communities, and they say that God had originally told these, and now they are being realized through the "engineers" whom He has sent to "repair" the "damages" in the "building", and those "engineers" brought those practices to the fore through religions.

😵 For example, they've picked up Celibacy from one place. Vegetarianism from another place. White Uniforms from another place. Minimalism from another place. And Positive Thinking & Law of Attraction from another place. While, there's nothing wrong with doing these Best Practices, the truth is that these are not their own best practices. They have been picked up from all over the place over a lot of research. That makes the premise of their teachings flawed in the first place. The premise being - you need to be the best versions in order to be happy.

• Secondly, they claim that God comes only to them.
They claim that God "comes" to them. Why? Because Mount Abu is at a high altitude? They don't just stop there. They say that everywhere else is fake, and only the God that comes to them is real. Well, He who discriminates can't be God, can he? As you may read in the article Who is God?, YOU can connect with God from where you are right now. Just quieten your Mind for some time. Well, now, that process of quietening can take a decade (like in my case), but the point here is that YOU have to connect with God, and anybody and everybody can do that - even if they are not Brahma Kumars or Kumaris. That's what they do as well, but falsely claim that their version of God is the only real / original one.

💡 FUN FACT: Do you know that Brahma Kumaris have a rival called PBKs. It's a small group of people who claim that God actually comes to them (inside a male leader), and they criticize Brahma Kumaris very heavily. I have all their material as well. I was like, "Spare me the headache. I came to you to know what this is all about! You seem to have your own problems."

As you may read in the article Who is God?, there are thousands of spiritual organizations around the world, and, all of them have given a variety of names to that same God who Brahma Kumaris have logically named, "Shiv Baba". Having your own version is fine, but calling others' version wrong is not correct. That's what they do.

• Thirdly, what's printed in Murlis vs. what BK Shivani talks on TV / YouTube hugely differs. You can try going to one of their Centers, and take up the 7-day RYM Course, and read OR listen to Murlis for a while. You will get what I'm referring to here.

📃 Do you know that in the past, old, deep Murlis (seems they are no longer distributed to the visitors) they've mentioned that whoever goes to their Centers after a specific point in time in life (e.g. after they gather 9 Lakh surrendered people) OR whoever gets married after connecting with their Centers OR has sex after connecting with their Centers is going to be their Servant? This is the primary intention and thought-process with which they are running / operating their Organization now. If this is not malevolent, what is?

I have personally read lines like, "Jaldi jaldi purusharth kar lo, nahi to praja mein chale jaoge...", "Maa-baap ko bhool jaao...", "Ab shaadi nahi karni hai. Shiv Baba hi tumhara sab kuchh hai...", , "Baba ka saath chhod doge toh sadh jaoge..." I was, literally, kicked out and denied further Murlis when I asked someone about my second marriage-related decisions / scenarios. That's obviously because they want loyal people and not those who would, later, expose their flawed teachings.

NOTE: I have absolutely no problems if you want to follow or learn from someone who would never confess that they're teaching you with the hope to have you as a 'Daas' or 'Daasi' or 'Servant' in Paradise. Go ahead!

You will hear quite a few BKs themselves telling you that older, more longer Murlis have heavily criticized certain countries. Such controversial content is no longer printed, and has been rolled back. Does that mean the premise of their teachings is not that? Just as there are junior students and senior students in school, there are Junior BKs and Senior BKs, and they're taught different Thoughts.

They have heavily criticized the "current, dirty world", and how badly it is going to be destroyed soon. "All the people are dirty and were born through dirt (semen)", they say. They, also, subtly encourage you to cut-off from everyone while devoting yourselves to them. You may have had good experiences at their Centers, but (as an analogy) just because you've not seen a murder with your eyes, it doesn't mean that murders don't happen in the world.

What they print in Murlis gets modified from time to time, based on what's happening in the world.

Most of these words (about gathering 'praja') are not printed in the Murlis anymore. Murlis are modified with time, because you know how today's generation is. It would take no time for the public to trend #BoycottBrahmaKumaris on Twitter, if they print harsh statements the way they used to. That does not mean that those Bitter Thoughts from Old Murlis are now invalid or that that's not the premise or basis of their thinking or teachings now.

I, for instance, have been to four different Centers in Pune (during 2008-09) when BK Shivani's T.V. shows had blown-up. I was curious. I'm a learner. I don't like to live under a rock. All they (Brahma Kumaris) wanted from me directly-or-indirectly was Service or Money. I'm not saying that each and every one of them is malevolent, but, overall, all that they're doing is sustaining themselves. That part is not wrong. The problem is that their teachings are flawed and brainwashing tactics to get unevolved people to join them. I remember how startled I was when I heard my mother saying, "Whoever doesn't have anything better to do in life join Brahma Kumaris." That is true, to a great extent.

Note: Hindi Movie Celebrities can be unevolved people. What were you thinking? 😂 In fact, that's where you'll find the most delusional people.

Now, they may have not asked you for Money, because they probably know your financial conditions 😂

Think about it - Who would ever say to you, 'Welcome future servant!'?

Nothing is FREE. If someone is giving away their resources to you for FREE, they are ALWAYS expecting something in return. The Organization is run on donations or is self-funded. This is where connection with Bollywood celebrities is, obviously, important. There is believability in popular people. You tend to want to be around them, blindly believe in them, and do things for them. Besides that being Herd Mentality, when you are going through problems, you are in a vulnerable place in your Mind. You easily believe what you see.

🧠 BK Shivani is smart. She is now on Instagram to gather uneducated, frustrated, young Indian 'praja' from there. That may not be the top priority of her teachings, but that is at the core of the organization's teachings. (How many times should I write that?) 😂 She hardly talks about Celibacy. She hardly encourages abstinence from Movies / television on Social Media, because that would suppress her reach AND not a single youngster would ever watch her content, if she talks about Celibacy, because you know how hyper-sexualized Gen Z is. Therefore, she has made 'Anger' her USP Topic. That makes BK Shivani's behavior hypocritical, which is unfortunate, according to me, because the premise or basis of Brahma Kumaris' teachings is Celibacy.

• 🍆 Fourthly, forced celibacy under the promise of a high position in future births. Celibacy is encouraged, and you are subtly told that you will be a servant in your future birth, if you have sex in your present birth. Like as if Dada Lekhraj (their so-called Lord Krishna's soul) never had sex!!! Now, just because they may have allowed you to get married or have sex, it does not mean that they consider you at the same level as them. You "directly go into their 'praja'", according to them. However, let me pacify you by saying that you may read in my article on Sexuality that you DO NOT need to be Celibate in order to Connect with God.

As far as Paradise is concerned, there are going to be multiple communities. Just a small group of that in 'Satyug' is going to be a group that is currently part of the organization under discussion.

MISBEHAVIOR
When BK Shivani suddenly got popular on T.V. in 2008-09, based on what I heard her saying, I visited their Centers in Pune, only to quickly realize that all they wanted from me as a "Bhai" was my service, my car, and my money! At four different centers they expected me to be loyal (almost expected me to surrender), and literally kicked me out when I asked them about my second marriage-related decisions / scenarios. Extremely arrogant behavior.

I've seen with my own eyes how, on one BK turning her back, the other woman used to gossip about her. I was, once, going to my office, and two BK Sisters directly came and sat in my car, asking me to drop them somewhere. That was the day I stopped going to that Center 😂

At another Center, I had asked them to make copies of the Murlis for me to take back home. For a week, I'd been out with my office colleagues on a tour, and the Main 'Didi' there got so angry that she said, "I don't like this!" I gave it back to her and asked her to stop behaving arrogantly. I was like, 'Stop acting like a queen, it's not Satyug yet.'!

My association with them was, fortunately, very brief, and I immediately understood their malevolence. That's when I'd also come across some PBKs from Delhi who also tried their best to brainwash me.

THEY MAKE YOUR LIFE DULL, DIRECTIONLESS, & DISORIENTED
Spirituality does NOT make your life dull, non-creative, or disoriented, but Brahma Kumaris' teachings surely do. In daily Murlis (me having gone through hundreds of them) they encourage you to STOP having Desires, STOP believing in anything and everything that you have been believing in so far. That includes Religion, Parents, Astrology, Deities! While part of that is true, their approach is very aggressive, and half-cocked.

Firstly, Desirelessness is flawed, secondly, when you approach something half-cocked, you tend to lose your focus from where you were earlier, and not get a good footing in where you're heading as well. Manifestations of your Focus take time, which is when (on not seeing results of your forced renunciation) you start getting disoriented, confused, and lost. You become like a "Dhobi ka kutta na ghar ka na ghaat ka..." if you join them for more than a few months.

Thirdly, if you've read the article How to Manifest Anything, you will have understood that if you devalue manifestations, your life automatically becomes dull, uninteresting, and boring.
Focusing on 'Only Peace' does bring peace - but on such a journey, if you want 'Only Peace' and nothing else, you tend to limit yourself. When associated with Spiritual Organizations that tend to denigrate and devalue people, relationships, love, money, or sex, while making you feel bloated about yourself, you tend to lose interest or courage in venturing into things that even remotely disturb or mildly disrupt your Peace. You don't take risks. You don't make new, bold, uncomfortable decisions. You don't get out of your comfort zone. Hell, you don't even get out of your house 🏡 to do progressive things. Yes, if you want 'Only Peace' and are okay with not working towards a better car 🚗 or a bigger house 🏩 or a fatter bank balance (for example 😂), good for you 😵 'Being Peaceful' is important in any case, but remember, we are in this physical world to enjoy the physicalities of this world, unless you choose to go to a mountain and meditate for the rest of your life, in which case I'd assume that you have nothing better to do.

They convince you that all that you've been believing in is false, while promising you to give you a renowned position in future (Satyug) births, if you join them (and pay their phone bills and fit bulbs at their Centers). AND if you don't, they almost curse you by saying that you will 'burn / rot'. I've personally read such statements in 2008 Murlis. These are not just my experiences, but the experiences of many. I can only mention about my own.

When you quit, they call you, "Kapoot Bachcha" (i.e. disobedient / step-son). It's ridiculous, actually. Quran mentions a beautiful line, "Allah belongs to those who pray. He also belongs to those who don't.", "Allah belongs to those who are good. He also belongs to those who are not." That's God. God is not selfish. These people with capricious behaviors are.

Brahma Kumaris have incorrectly predicted World Destruction Dates several times. Two of those dates were before the year 2000. Another one was 2012, and the most awaited one is 2036. Guess they refer to a lot of movies while coming up with these dates.

I AM NOT JEALOUS OF BK SHIVANI
My source of living is not YouTube or Instagram, and having less than 0.1% followers on these products in comparison to her is not what my motivation to write / speak these things is. [This whole world is unfair. I can't criticize these products.] If she has brought this knowledge to India in Hindi in such a lucid way, she deserves the credit for that.

This write-up is NOT about Fame. It's about Herd Mentality. People believe in and follow popular people, just because theyr'e popular. They seem to miss the whole point of this Spirituality Game.

A woman (on my WhatsApp Group) was disturbed on reading this article, and she started making very nasty personal remarks on me, while saying that BK Shivani's vibes are very warm and she is a truly sweet and spiritually elevated soul.. All that was trying to show was that she knew a 'celebrity' personally (before she was popular), and that BK Shivani is very sweet, and 'some Life Coaches' lack that sweetness.

Yes, BK Shivani is, undoubtedly an elevated soul, however, she belongs to an organization that permanently damages your Happiness, and that has malevolent intentions. I did NOT write back to that woman in any hurtful way. I did NOT make any personal remarks on her, her past, or her personal life. I just said to her, "What's Sweet is Poison. What's Bitter is Medicine."
