The Problem with Entertainment
The more you entertain yourself, the more frequently you get bored.
That does NOT mean that we want to stop using technology, entertainment, or the Social Media products. Just their over-consumption and over-indulgence is not desired.
If you think about it, without these facilities in our lives earlier, we hardly got bored.
We can't go back. We don't want to. However, we don't need to trap ourselves in certain unnecessary and useless cycles and make our lives living hell. Learn to live with them gracefully.
