This is a meditation commentary for a good night.
The mind is often tired at the end of the day, and if one sleeps with that state, one does not clear-off the past, and may certainly carry it forward to the next day.
Especially if you have had a day full of noise and disturbance, this meditation will calm you down, and shut down your negative and unnecessary thinking, so that the next day when you wake up and meditate, past day's incidents and songs will not hover on your mind.
This is a gradual process though.
