Good Night Commentary.
This is a meditation commentary for and before a good night's sleep.
The mind is often tired at the end of the day, and if one sleeps with that state, one does not clear-off the past, and may certainly carry it forward to the next day.
Whether you've had a day full of noise and disturbance or not, this Guided Meditation will calm you down, and shut down your thinking on a peaceful note, so that the next day when you wake up and meditate, past day's incidents and songs will not hover on your mind.
Gratitude is an important part of this Meditation or Self-talk.
This is a gradual process though, and needs to be practised daily.
