WHAT IS THIS ACTIVITY ABOUT?
Participants will be performing the following 5 Visualization / Self-talk Exercises DAILY and reporting their details and experiences on the Group:


Visualization / Self-talk # 1
"How you see yourself throughout the day
& how you see the day ahead..."

~ 9 am


- This should last for minimum 2 minutes
- Record / Note it down immediately after done

Visualization / Self-talk # 2
"What I see manifesting in my house
over the next few days / weeks..."

~ 11 am


- Think about physical manifestations, physical things in your physical house
- Changes in the house could also mean a change in the house itself - if that's what you desire
- This should last for minimum 2 minutes
- Record / Note it down immediately after done

Visualization / Self-talk # 3
"What I see myself doing in the rest of this year..."

~ 1 pm


- Think about ONE thing each day e.g. trip, marriage, new purchase, etc.
- Changes in the house could also mean a change in the house itself - if that's what you desire
- This should last for minimum 2 minutes
- Record / Note it down immediately after done

Visualization / Self-talk # 4
"What my Good Qualities are..."

~ 3 pm


- Exaggerating them is perfectly fine, in fact, encouraged
- Include the by-products of those good qualities as well
- This should last for minimum 2 minutes
- Record / Note it down immediately after done

Visualization / Self-talk # 5
"What all I am Grateful for..."

~ 5 pm


- Short-term thing / long-term thing, physical / non-physical thing
- Include the by-products of those good qualities as well
- This should last for minimum 2 minutes
- Record / Note it down immediately after done

MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION:
- INR 100 per participant
- Once you write to Sagar (WhatsApp link below), he will send you the payment details.

ASK A QUESTION:
- In return to the Contribution, Sagar will be happy to answer a question or two that you may have (about anything). Feel free to write it to him.
- Valid till the last day of this Activity.

HOW TO REPORT RESULTS?
- Record / Note it down immediately after done, and share it on the Group
- Results should STRICTLY be in the Present Tense / Present Continuous Tense
- Results can be shared via text / audio (not more than 2 mins long)
- Give details about what you Visualized / Self-talked
- Also share how you felt
- DO NOT REPORT RESULTS AFTER 7 pm (your local time)
- DO NOT REPORT RESULTS ON SUBSEQUENT DAYS. IF YOU'RE LATE, YOU'RE LATE.

WHAT IS MANDATORY?
- Nothing, as far as your participation is concerned. You are, however, encouraged to participate actively.
- Using a single non-face emoticon before each line, if you're sending text
- Sending your name / basic introduction, if asked
